Sunday end of summer

Is it me or does everyone feel a sort of lament on Sunday especially at the end of summer. Minneapolis gets so cold so fast. The summer has been Relentlessly hot. Perhaps a touch of autumn would be great…but still. Once it turns the color of concrete here…it’s months and months of rigid cold. Spent the day antiquing with Izz…we got some excellent finds at Hunt and Gather - our favorite. I’ve been wanting to work on the glass menagerie piece. I love etched glass. I love candy dishes… and all the antique, glass perfume bottles are so lovely to me. Yes, the glass menagerie will be my next piece. Currently working on a still life of statuettes. But right after that!
